Dushman Na Kare Baap Ne Jo Kaam (Pakhspat) Kiya Hai Even an enemy will not do what a father has done

Dushman Na Kare Baap Ne Jo Kaam (Pakhspat) Kiya Hai
Even an enemy will not do what a father has done

This is my sad story of my life. I was born in a lower middle class family. I was the youngest son in the family. There was one elder brother (nearly 8 years elder) and one Elder Sister (nearly 2 years elder) of me.
During my childhood I always had to suffer and should always be forced to agree on almost any issue. I had always has to accept old and reused items of my brother and sister. I had been given only few new items occasionally. I have few toys and most of them are used ones. Few story books, few clothes etc. Only one thing which appears nice is that I got admission in English medium school whereas my siblings were not lucky enough in this case. But my bad luck is that the school is up to 8th class only. After that I was admitted in hindi medium school like my siblings. I was also beaten many times by my father and brother. Once there was a dispute between me and my sister in my childhood. My sister complained my brother and my brother beat me with cricket bat and belt that time. My sister always used to complain of me. She was really very shrewd from the very beginning. Once I was playing in public garden with water near our house. My sister complained about it and I was scolded very badly by my father. He even forced me to undress my clothes as punishment.
Whenever there was a fight between me and my sister, I had to suffer from all sides. she beat me , pinch me on my face with her nails and in the end I got scolded because my communication skills were not as good as my sister and my sister was too smart and manipulated to blame me for all that.
As time passed, my brother got in to depression when I was in 6th or 7th standard. In those days I too had to suffer as my lot of time would go waste at doctor’s clinic. And worst of all is that now my mother and father started to expect a lot from me. This has given a negative impact on me and I crumbled down under great expectations. At the same time, my father used to waste my time a lot on trifle issues. He forced me to go to village, marriage parties, etc while I don’t want at that time due to my studies.
As time passed my father established a small business with a partner. He has a son. My father made my brother partner also as now he was all right. Now there were four partners i.e., my father, my elder brother, my father’s friend and his son. I was not made partner at that time. I had passed b.com and pursuing c.a. course that time. Subsequently I passed B.com, llb, c.a. inter and mba finance. While I was doing graduation my father forced me to attend office for no apparent reason and wasted my time there also.
My mother always used to say that my father does not like to see their sons making progress. I also feel the same. I also feel that my father is very egotist and manipulated. My father did not take care of the family well. We always live from hand to mouth. My father was always busy with his works. She also blamed my father for the illness of my brother. My father did not take care of my mother and used to scold and beat her.
My mother fell ill. She had 3-4 operations. Once she slipped and her leg was broken but my father did not care for it till months. She had a cesarean operation also and an appendix operation afterwards. During that time during blood transfusion she got infected with hepatitis c but it was discovered much later in advanced stage.
My elder brother could not get higher education and now was totally dependent on our father and that’s what our father wants but my sister passed the mbbs.
When I was doing ca and my sister mbbs, my mother was diagnosed with hepatitis c of advanced stage. She was admitted in the hospital in delhi and I, my sister and my father take care of her. I also give blood to her 2-3 times. After some time my sister went to her hostel for her study and only we were left. We spent many nights in hospital again and again. My studies suffered a lot during that time and I could not pass the ca final exams. I was in a lot of tension because I loved my mother most.
My sister got married with a doctor. My father spent a lot of money on her marriage even her honeymoon expenses were borne by my father. At that time whenever she visits home her full expenditure was met by my father even her travelling expenses to and fro. At many time there was loss in cancellation of tickets because they always used to change their schedules.
After 2-3 years of survival, my mother died and I was in great pain. It took me 2-3 years approximately to recover from this when I got married later. My brother got married earlier when I was in 9th standard. I was very sad because I want my mother to see my wife and my children and a settled career.
After some time my sister and her husband went to Australia for further studies. My father arranged the finance by guarantee a loan from bank by mortgaging a piece of land. In Australia, they don’t get success and my father kept helping them by sending money and other things to Australia. My sister gave birth to a child in Australia. After some years they returned to India and my father has to pay the loan with interest by selling the land. My sister husband got a job in private hospital and my father continued helping them by sending money and other things to them by courier.
On the other hand my father gave assistance of everything to my brother and started a new business of dealership for my elder brother. But it could not get success due to his inability and laziness. After that my father opened a shop for him but it also turned out to be a flop show due to his inability and laziness. A lot of money got wasted on all this. At that time my brother was also a partner in my father business but he had not made me his partner. After this my brother joined our father business. Now he attends the office very unprofessionally. He frequently takes holidays. He never reaches the office in time. He goes to office at 12’o clock in afternoon and returns at 2’o clock for lunch. Then he goes at 4’o clock and return at 8’o clock. It is worth noting that the time taken to go to office would be 20-30 minutes approximately. In this time too he has not any major responsibility and most of the time he sits there idle with no work. for this he gets 10,000- 15,000 rs p.m. and above this some of his expenses are met by our father like bike petrol, bike service, children school fees, doctors fees, medicines etc. beside his wife is given 20,000 – 25,000 rs. p.m. for common household expenses. She spends some money out of this for his own personal stuff and saves rest of for his own use. On the other hand my father did not give me anything.
Meanwhile, my sister husband died due to infection while treating a patient. My sister did not stay with her mother-in-law and returned to our house with her child. My father got his admission in a good school and also help her to get a good job by spending a lot of money. Now in spite of getting a nice salary she rarely borne her expenses. Most of her expenses are also met out by our father like her child school fees, van fees, books, personal stuff, etc whereas he does not give me a single penny.
Now coming to me, I was also married and had child. I used to go office of my father but I was neither an employee nor partner. My father gave me 5,000 rs p.m. out of his own pocket only and that was all I used to get. I was told to learn about business and do some trifle jobs which were of less importance. I was not satisfied with my situation and position.
My father always wanted to make me a slave of him. He only wanted me to behave like a bottle’s djinn to carry out his commands and wishes only. He wanted me to open and close the office like a guard only with no authority.
One day I have a dispute with my sister and my father stopped given me my salary of rs. 5,000 p.m. I tolerate everything to maintain my self respect. In spite of 5 years gap in my career I managed to get a private job at rs. 10,000 p.m. at the age of 30 years approximately. During the job I completed my mba in finance to get a better job. My father started ill treating me, my family and even my children.
On another occasion, the work of cooking was divided between my wife and my brother’s wife on the instruction of my father. He divided the work but he did not divide the income. During my wife’s pregnancy also she did all the work. After the birth of child also she continued to do the work and nobody help her in spite of she helped my brother’s wife a lot during her pregnancy and I also gave blood to my brother’s wife.
I kept on struggling and passed the bank po exam but in vain. I applied for government job and got selected for training for the job. So I had to leave my private job. During this my father did no even said a single word relating to help to me when in need. Now I was jobless with no income.
One day I had a dispute with my brother’s wife on household expenses. As I told earlier my father used to give her 20,000- 25,000 rs. p.m. for household expenses and My family list only few item costing around rs. 400 to rs 500 p.m. but my brother’s wife did not buy our items. Instead she used to spend some money on her own personal stuff and save some money for herself out of this. My father did not support me in this case also and instruct negatively to stop all our necessary items costing only 400-500 rs. p. m.
I asked my father for training fees but he refused to give me any money. I some how arranged for it. I also asked him for some money to start my business but he again refused to help me.
One day my father fell sick and was diagnosed stone in stomach. He was operated and I helped him in hospital physically as I can. But he was very arrogant.
After some time my father was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in stomach. At that time my father reverted back and stated to talk with me politely so that I can help him in the hospital. The doctor had told that there will be operation and 2-3 bottles of blood might be required. So my father started to talk with me very politely and asked me to forget about every thing in the past. He even told me to make me partner in his business from April.
He was admitted in delhi for operation. I again helped him in his situation physically. I have to remain in the hospital for 13-14 days. When he got discharged I had to go with him for subsequent visits to delhi. For some time he made me his driver. But after he was all right he again betrayed me. Now I was again struggling to maintain my family.
This is only a sample of what I have suffered. It appears that there is a reservation policy in the house for daughter and dependent daughter in law and nothing for me and my family. There are innumerous instances of my father injustice and bias full attitude towards me. I pray that even an enemy should not get this type of father other wise his future will be destroyed.

Indecent & Derogatory Language used in various TV Programmes like Mtv Roadies and Bindaas Dadagiri and others

Recently I view some episodes of Mtv Roadies of Mtv and Dadagiri of Bindaas and various others TV programmes and found that they are using Indecent and Derogatory comments in their shows and serials. The language is so abusive and insulting that I can't hold myself to blog it. This type of language and behavior is just intolerable in every part of world and in every culture (whether Indian or otherwise) especially Indian Culture. One could not watch TV with other family members. It is setting a Bad example to our young generations. For the public welfare and to preserve our Indian Culture and Heritage these programmes should be banned immediately or given proper guidelines and instructions to not use such an offensive language and behaviour. Sometimes they physically assault on the participitants also.

some more facts - holidays and inflation

Some more facts-
1. In India there are many holidays which can not be utilized properly as they occur separately and not on cumulative basis. This pattern of holidays is not very much proper. The holidays should be limited and should be like western countries. The holidays should be on weekends and some holidays should fall in summer and some in winter. If it is possible them some holidays could occur on some major festivals. For example in a year- Weekends holidays (Saturdays and Sundays) – 12X 8= 96 days approx. Summer vacations - 15 or 20 days Winter vacations - 10 or 15 days Diwali - 2 days Holi - 2 days Idd - 1 day Christmas - 1 day Others - 4 days ------------------------------------------------------------------ 131 days Working Days = 365- 131= 234 days in a year approx.
2. We have to save water and environment. For every tree we cut we have to plant a new in its place.
3. Now a days there is very much inflation. Inflation may be due to many factors like increasing population and demand, decreasing production and savings, wrong policies of government, double and excessive taxation, commodity exchange, betting business, etc. but mainly it is due to excessive taxation, commodity exchange business (fake & betting business) and wrong policies. It is well said by chanakya that the government should tax the public and give back the revenues to the public as the sun does. The sun takes the water slowly and gives it back in the form of rain. But now days the government is taxing excessively. On every thing there is tax like excise, import, export, sales tax, income tax. There should be no sales tax and income tax or there should be either income tax or sales tax and the rates should be low. Suppose a man purchases a thing from market. It sales price is 10 rs. In this 10 rs there is excise duty and sales tax in its ingredients (raw material etc). Suppose his income is 100 rs. He will have to give income tax on it. Suppose it is 20 rs. Then he will have 80 rs. to spend. He purchase this 10 rs thing and he will have to bear its sales tax and other taxes like excise duty. In this way there is tax on income as well as on expenditure in the form of income tax and sales tax. Now in more details and in easy way – Person income = 100 Rs. Income Tax = 20 Rs Available income to spend = 100 – 20 = 80 Rs. Sale price of thing for example wodden table = 10 Rs. Cost factor in wooden table sale price – Raw material – wood, adhesives etc = 3 Rs. (in this 3 Rs. there is sales tax/excise of the wood etc. which the table seller has purchased) Labour = 2 Rs.( in it there can be service tax ) (the government will charge income tax from labourer) Over head = 2 Rs ( in it there may be sales tax and service tax and government will charge income tax from things/ service provider) Excise Duty = 1 Rs. Profit on the sale of table = 1 Rs.( the government will charge income tax on this from seller of wooden table) Sale tax which will be charged from buyer = 1 Rs. Now we see that there is income tax of 20 Rs and sales tax of 1 Rs charged from buyer and other taxes like excise duty which the buyer will borne ultimately. In this way there is tax on income as well as on expenditure.
4. There are many formalities to complete to claim relief in taxes etc. from government. The government should frame policies and taxes in a very rational manner and should also try to follow the cannons of taxation so as to reduce diversity in income and concentration of wealth.
5. The laws should be made in such a way that personal freedom should be maintained and should be in accordance to constitution. They should not be irrational and ridiculous.
6. Employers and employees both should be fairly treated.
7. There should be equal laws for everyone and every community. There should be no personal laws for a certain community (if they are negative and biased to others) as they stand in equal with other citizens.
8. Our foreign policy is not strong. We had been always defeated and are being ruled by the invaders from the very past because we fear to take stern decision against them and fear that if we reacted offensively then they will beat us more. More over in past there is lack of unity and only a small portion is eligible to fight which may be around 5 %-10% of the total population. Only rajputs men (which are younger) were allowed to fight in the war in the past. We had made the nuclear bomb but we say we will not use it unless we are bombed by the other. If we are bombed by the other then will we be there to use it but we wish and it is good that there will be no war at all.

snippets - change and others

Snippets- 1. Now a days the shopkeepers/vendor doesn’t accept or give change money especially 25 paise and 50 paise. They give public toffees/tobacco etc in the place of 25 or 50 paise. It is more in Agra. This is wrong. RBI and Officials should look into the matter.
2. Government officer don’t work efficiently and properly. They used to work if you give them bribe whether your work is totally legal and all right in all respects e.g. If you had imported a machinery and had claimed duty drawback. One of the requirements to claim is to furnish a report from excise/ custom department that the machinery is installed and working. The officer-in-charge of the department will demand a bribe from you to furnish such report else he will not furnish the report or make delay or will furnish a negative report.
3. The government officials pester the public because they know that their job is safe and permanent and if the offended lodges any case they will not have to suffer in any way because the case will be between the offended vs. The Department. The offended and department will bear the expenses of the case and whoever will lose will suffer finally…they will not. So the government official who was pestering with out any cause should be penalized by deducting the legal expenses and all losses which the party has suffered from his salary and provident fund. On serious negligence or charge termination and/or imprisonment should be rewarded to set an example.
4. Police, Electrical and RTO department are worst and corrupt.
5. Animal rights should be preserved but not on the cost of human rights. Humans are born to rule on the earth and on animals or it can be said that Human have worked hard to achieve the development so they have the right to rule the earth.
6. Equality to women should be given but this equality should be in all respects. Women should not be given privileges on men as it would result in inequality. Women should be prosecuted in every charge as men and should be given equal punishment as men.
7. The shopkeepers/vendors etc. should not illegally posses the public road. In India it is a common feature. In India the vendor is not satisfied with the space of his shop. Even government give him extra space he will not be satisfied and will illegally acquire/posses the public road to extend his shop/establishment further on the road. It should be stopped.
8. Theft of electricity should be stopped. The road side shops generally illegally places his wire on the wires/cables of electric department to steal the electricity illegally. It should be stopped.

discrimination

Discrimination- In India there is very much discrimination on every stage based on religion and caste. This type of discrimination is prevalent in India and in muslim countries while in western/ Christian countries there is racism which is based on the colour. These discriminations are horrible and it is worse in India where a major part of the people is of low castes. These lower people are devoid of essentials of life by the upper caste people. They do not enjoy the life to its fullest and have never experience the freedom of life which upper people enjoy. This castism is just like colour discrimination (even more harsh then colour racism) and nevertheless the people can not do anything to avoid it. They can’t change their caste. They have to live the whole life with this and face the hardships, challenges, bias and disgustful and scornfulness behaviour by the upper people. If you are poor u can work hard and earn money to become rich but if you are of low caste then you can’t change it. The upper section of society enjoys its benefit by birth. They will not agree to set off this because they enjoy a social status and privileges/benefits by birth for which they have done no efforts. The government provides the reservation to the lower sections but the court says that the creamy layer will not get the benefit of reservation. Both are right in their place but if the people with lower caste (who are of creamy layer) are deprived they will not get the justice because they are living their lives with the low caste and are sacrificing their social status and freedom of life. In the end the next generation will become poor then they will come in reservation. In this way they can not maintain their status and will be unable to help others. The upper class also objects the reservation but they are not willing to accept the reservation in sweeper work (low level work) for themselves. The government should at least provide reservation in education for lower class and reservation in employment may be optional because unless they are not educated they are not well qualified for jobs. The only permanent solution is to create a society with no barriers of caste and reservation.

banks

Banks- In banks the clerks/employees do not like to work especially in nationalized banks especially the SBI employees. They give lame excuses that there is no electricity, internet connection is down or sometimes tell that today the person is absent and so staff is insufficient and I have no time today and You can come on next day. It is horrible! If one goes to Bank to open an account he has to meet various formalities and fill various forms. In addition someone who is already an A/c holder has to introduce the person who wants to open the account. This is not justified. Now days if you go to bank to deposit a cheque/Demand draft in you’re a/c you have to drop it in the drop box. The employees of the bank do not give receiving and force the customer to drop it in the drop box in spite of that he is willing to stand in the line. If u insists they simply affix the stamp on the cheque deposit slip but they do not sign it. They want to avoid work and responsibility. If the cheque/DD is missed by the bank employees then who will u held responsible because there is no signature on the cheque/DD deposit slip. This is simple carelessness, laziness, negligence and not at all justified. Drop boxes are used at the ATMs and are used when the customer is in hurry. Now days bank charges for everything they do. Some services must be given with out the charges as some services are the part of their work they provide to the A/c holder. Some Banks make there internal rules to avoid the responsibilities and they have to do less work. Sometime if you are a saving bank A/c holder and u wish to have a cheque book. You approach the Bank with the application and the Bank Employee can told u that you have only deposit amounts in you’re a/c many times but have not withdrawn any amount from your account till now. So you have to first withdraw some amount from your a/c by the withdrawal slip. Then only we can issue you a cheque book. This is not at all justified. RBI should look in to this matter and solve these problems.

medical

Medical, Doctors, etc- Now days the drug piracy is very high. Many pirated medicines are sold to public by the shopkeeper/Medical Store. These fake/spurious medicines are very dangerous for the health of public and sometimes it results in death also. On many occasions the shopkeeper does not accept/give change. Instead of change they give toffees/sweets. This is wrong. Some basic medicines should me made available to public without the doctor’s prescription. The Doctors are careless too. Sometimes they give medicines to their patients without adequate and appropriate investigations. They give it on the base of hit or miss method. This adds more sufferings to the patients and sometimes results in death also. Sometime the Doctors recommend for various lab tests, blood tests, x-rays, etc and many of them are unnecessary. They recommend these tests to earn commission from various pathology labs, etc. It is the duty of the doctor to tell their patients about the disease and about the medicines they prescribe in a general way. The doctors should tell the patients that this medicine is for this disease. But most of the doctors don’t tell their patients about it. While operations they left scissors, etc in the body of patients. Sometimes the equipments are not properly cleaned and as a result the patients suffer from new blood transmitted diseases. It’s really hard to prove the carelessness of the doctors in the court. Solutions- The government should make easily available the change. There should be strict laws on fake medicines and on the shopkeepers who do not accept or give change and these should be strictly followed. The responsibility and duty of the doctors should be embedded in them in medical colleges. Strict laws should be made and followed on the carelessness and negligence of doctors. The doctor should be polite and should tell the patients of their disease and the effects of medicines. Government hospitals should provide more facilities to the public and these facilities should me made easily available to the public. The government should provide social security number to every citizen and provide medical insurance to every citizen either free of cost or on nominal cost.

education

Education - The Quality of Education is decreasing slowly in a regular manner more in Government Schools especially Hindi Medium Schools at primary level especially. But one thing about them is really soothing that they charge justified low fees as compared to English medium schools. In English medium schools the quality of education is good but they charge a huge fee which is not justified in comparison to the quality of education. They take the money from students on account of various co-curricular activities and charities which is not justified in any way as the extra burden falls on parents. These schools organize fates on the expense of students. They order the students to bring various items like vegetables, cereals, pulses, spices (1 kg rice, 1 kg sugar, etc) from their homes for organizing fates in school. The students bring these things and nevertheless this is made compulsorily by the school and then they are forced to cut the vegetables etc in school and do other related works. In fate the students are made to come compulsorily and they are charged extra as entry fees and then in fate the students purchase their own material and efforts and pay for them. The students work in fate is right but they bring materials from their home and entry fee is not justified. In school the students are forced to spend money in various ways like to purchase books like story books etc. Students are forced to purchase the books, bags, uniforms, etc from a specified seller only. So that the school can earn some commission on them. Students are forced to change the note books in every term despite that many pages were left unused or not. They don’t think that it is pure waste of pages which are made from expensive wood of trees. In indirect way it is detriment to the environment. Moreover the students are treated very badly in schools by the teacher if they do something wrong. They are forced to join private tuitions and the students who don’t join are rebuked by the teacher , beaten up on trifle issues and awarded less marks.
At University level- The standard of education at university level is degrading slowly. Only few universities and colleges are successful in maintaining the quality level of education. Like IIM , IIT, ICAI, etc Generally neither the students nor the teachers/lecturers/Readers/Professors come to the college regularly. The examination is not conducted on time and there are many errors and omissions in the mark sheets. The degree is not given on time. The university in Agra is working very unsatisfactory. There are many courses which are not recognized by the proper authority but are being run by the colleges and university. It is observed that the employees of university are not working properly. They usually come late in the morning around 11’ o clock an starts their work around 12’o clock. After 1 hr lunch time starts. They take their lunch till 2’ o clock and starts work. In middle of work they usually chatter with each other enjoying the tea and tobacco betel leaves etc. Some take alcohol in the lunch time while some come to their work after drinking in the home. They stop to do work after 4’ o clock and starts packing after 4’ o clock to go to home. If u asks them that there is still some time left (which is 5’ o clock generally). They will say that I am not your father’s slave. But if u gives them some money they will/can do your work. Only few workers are doing their work with honesty and integrity. If the student objects on the working of any employee, other employees (his coworkers) came in the favour of that employee and rebuke the student. They act like gangsters. Some type of caucus is present there. The structure of the building also contributes in forming such type of caucus.
Solution- The schools must be examined by the separate committee on regular basis. The DM/ Mayor, Etc should also examine and give directions. The primary fees structure should be announced by the government. The government should form norms and rules for such schools. The charities should not be made compulsorily. The school should give the charities from its own resources. The building of university should be erected newly in such a way that there should be easy approach by the students. Moreover the building should be such that the workers get splited (separated) so that they will find hard to form caucus. A disciplinary committee should be formed to have a regular look on the employees. Existing Employees should be given compulsorily retirements and new employees should be appointed. Because if u don’t give old employees compulsorily retirement they will force new employees to work in an inefficient way as one rotten apple make other apples also rot. The students and teachers should be forced to attend and take the classes regularly by various measures like various incentives and penalties.
